Definitely time for a remodeling and update the elevators

The hotel is in a great location. The check-in was smooth. The room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend.

Nice relatively clean and convenient hotel with comfortable bed and big TV - could have cleaner - dust in unit - a/c unit pulled away from wall - nice view of river - close to many restaurants and Gonzaga U. Staff were efficient and friendly.

Beautiful and convenient location for me. Staff is outstanding, friendly and knowledgeable. Hotel is great.

There was no coffee in the room and no one said anything about parking fee, that should be included in rate.
