my aircon in room 1659 is auto and will set to 22 degrees for many hours ,yes you can decrease it but will go back to 22 degrees which is so hot! I woke up at 2am drench with sweat! I escalate the situation to the receptionist but he laugh at me! He showed no concern and not paying attention to what I say! you need to do something about this person’s attitude! Meanwhile I appreciate Rahim for being attentive to all my needs! He is a delight to guests! He shows big smile and very accomodating!

Dirty towels with black stains & paid for Executive Club lounge access, which included fruit on arrival in your room, this never came

can check in earlier which is great. front door staff is not enough nor are they attentive. No one helped me with taxi, no one helped me with loading suitcase either……. room is clean and spacious enough but the design and floor plan of the building somehow look like a conversion from office tower to hotel.
