Proximity to Pike Market was great. Very stylish hotel. Priced a little high but overall, the room was great! Wife loved how the bathroom was set up. Good stay!

The hotel was clean and in a convenient area. The hotel staff at the front desk were not very friendly or welcoming. We stayed for 4 nights and they never said good morning, hello, good evening…nothing. We also had to call every evening for clean towels, not once was our room cleaned during our stay.

The property was beautiful. The downtown area is the problem due to a lot of homeless loitering around and trash all around.

I stayed at the Hotel Theodore for what was meant to be three nights, however became only two as I choose to depart early. The room was quite nice, very clean, however the walls were paper thin. The filthy sounds and screaming coming from the room alongside me (with connecting door) were awful and completely unable to sleep. The chatting and talking at the elevator at all hours, frustrating. The staff did nothing, nor was there any inquiry about why I was checking out early, never asked how my stay was, nothing. In addition when one is ordering room service, utensils and napkins would have been appreciated vs a paper box in a bag. Overall the hotel was lovely, it just felt like the didn't really care much.

1st time in Seattle!! Great staff! Front desk was friendly and helpful. The room are a little small , but this wouldn’t distract my decision to stay. Would stay again

If you found the room typer that you were in to be on the smaller side, I would recommend a premium king or a superior king next time. Cheers!

I liked that the property had a restaurant and bar attached and I really loved the decor of the hotel and overall vibe. The only thing I didn't like was the food menu was very limited and the wait staff was not very nice or accommodating. We started at one table for drinks then wanted to move to a bigger table for dinner and the waitress was very put off by this and made us feel like a burden and was not friendly afterwards. But the hotel staff was very friendly and nice.
