The valet staff were very helpful and nice. However, on our check-in, I was expecting the VIP access but, I used the wrong email when I made my reservation on Expedia so they would not granted even though I showed them I am a VIP member on a different account. They did however, upgrade us to one level room up. I have to say the bathrooms are so small, they don't even have hooks to hang here overnight case on and there's no room for people to set their things in there.
The staff in Rider restaurant when we went in for drinks were extremely slow and unaccommodating, just looked at us when we sat down and no hurry to take our drink order as they chatted. The room itself was nice and very clean, the beds are very comfortable. Very quiet hotel as well.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience with your Expedia VIP. As this being an older historical building, a lot of rooms, especially the Standard and Deluxe Rooms, are on the smaller side. We do only try to recommend these rooms to business travelers or those not spending a lot of time in the room. If you choose to stay with us again, I recommend looking into either the Premium or Superior rooms for more bathroom space!

We had a great stay at Hotel Theodore before leaving Seattle on a cruise. It’s close to so much, and the rooms were safe, comfortable, and beautiful. I’d definitely stay again.

Staff was helpful setting us up with a ride from the airport to the hotel. Everyone was helpful answering questions about the area.

Suite room with claw foot tub was a total slam dunk. Spacious, quiet, the most comfortable bed. Equipped with espresso machine! We will be back.
