The hotel itself was nice and the staff were very helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The area around the hotel was a mixed bag. Traffic noise from the intersection of Boren Ave and Howell St was nearly a constant issue. This property is near the edge of the downtown hotel district, and some of the bordering neighborhoods require an extra measure of caution when walking or diving through.

Horrible customer service. Didn’t get the room that I booked. Was not told about it. Horrible horrible customer service and very disrespectful. The 2 folks who were working at 4 PM on 5/19 Saturday in the lobby are horrible at their job and seemed like they didn’t even wanna be employed. Made me feel like I should’ve went somewhere else. You should definitely follow up with these employees as this is a very bad look for a top tier hotel. Will not be coming back. First & last time. They need different jobs, maybe door dashing where they don’t have to speak to customers.

The staff was amazing and went above and beyond. Prior to even check in, they made our 8AM arrival into the city smooth and hassle free. We checked in our luggage safely while awaiting check in time. Rachel made it all happen and her coworker gave a great activity suggestions and provided a map.

This stay was disappointing as the front desk staff had no costumer service. Upon parking, signs to enter the hotel were extremely unclear and lead you to another business within the same building. No where upon booking does it depict that it costs another $60 plus to park your car in the hiltons garage for the night, having to move it by 7am either way. I ended up parking in the lot across the street for $20. The jets were broken in the hot tub downstairs, and no breakfast was included. The rooms was comfortable enough but nothing special about it.

This was the 2nd time we've stayed here in the last couple of years to watch the Braves play the Mariners. We love the location because of the access to I-5 and the walkability to reataurants and T-Mobile Park.

We enjoyed this hotel for the convenience of location and accessibility of parking. However, the shower room near the pool was in poorly cleaned and hot tub was not warm at all for two of the days we stayed. Overall, the room was in good condition.

Overall the property was good. But the lower rating is because they didn't inform us about the parking fees. Its $64/night.

Just staying overnigbt. TV coverage was lousy no CBS or NBC. Front desk staff was outstandi g.
