This hotel is beautiful! I would suggest knowing what staying in an old, historical hotel is like before booking. Most of the negative reviews I've seen are in regard to the size and layout of the rooms, but they're about what you'd expect with a hotel built at that time. The staff are wonderful, the valet parking was quick and easy. It's in the absolute perfect part of town to walk around near the plaza, and everything is very comfortable and clean. We will definitely be staying here again!

It’s an older hotel and the rooms are small and some things, like the flooring, could be updated (loose floorboards abounded in our tiny room). That said, the room was super clean and well apportioned. It had everything we needed including really great smelling body wash and lotion, shower cap, plenty of towels, a tv and small closet and steamer. The staff texted me early in the day of check in to make sure we had everything we needed and were responsive as we asked questions and looked for recommendations. Great location in the heart of town. Included valet parking as part of the resort fee was a great bonus. We really enjoyed our brief stay and highly recommend to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the St. Francis! The staff was wonderful and helpful. The coffee in the lobby each morning was a great start to the day. The location was very convenient to all of the shops and restaurants in downtown Santa Fe. I would stay there again!

Loved the front desk team. Valet parking was super easy. Great location, in the heart of Santa Fe.

Clean, easy access to shops, walking distance to a lot. Room was not super pretty for the price.
