I stayed for 5 days and at no time did they come to clean the room.

Just before the Viras came into play we started noticing that more and more customers preferred that their room not be disturbed until the day of their departure, so that is the only reason that your room was not serviced.From this point moving forward iIwill have the staff check the customers wishes at check-in, so that there is no miscommunications.

Overall we had a great stay at Alexis Park Inn. The area has a lot around it, even if it feels a little rough (usual SF homeless and noise). The room was clean and had all amenities listed. Staff were all attentive and seem to care about the property. There is limited parking, but it felt safe and well-managed. Perfect little breakfast cafe (grab and go - not a sit down) place across the street! They also had lunch sandwiches and Bahn mi, etc. Was very convenient for ride share to pick up and drop-off. Would stay here again.

There was no shampoo or conditioner in the room although the room itself was very clean. There was a soap for body washing which makes it better than a Motel 6.

Dear guest, I am sorry for your experience and hope that we can make your visit to SF again a more positive one. The area looks questionable, but we have never had a customer ever be hurt in any way shape or form..It is sad that, what it take hard working citizens such as you and I hundreds of years to establish can be destroyed in just a few.

DON'T STAY HERE!!!!. The area is over run with homeless, and the area is sketch as hell. Crime is high in SF, and this looks to be in one of the worst areas. It is not worth the risk.

Dear guest I am not sure, but it seems as if you presented an Apple card for a deposit or payment with a picture of such and you were turned away. I guess.
