No convenient self-parking access My daughter found a live cricket in the bathroom sink when we arrived at the Hotel. I give a plus for the Valet team's quick teamwork, although quite expensive with the inconvenience. May consider another walkable remote self-parking facility for Hotel guests, and visitors

The air conditioner was noisy, there was no view other than windows from other guest rooms.

there were a few issues with the cleanliness of the room, they also did explain the issues with short staff, so I understood. Overall they took care of what I needed and everything worked out perfect!
