Entire staff were very professional & helpful.
The only thing that I will say and it has nothing to do with the hotel. We had a city view room on the 4th floor and both nights there was a car that sounded like he was just going up and down the street revving his engine. It was so loud & annoying. So I suggest you get a room on the Riverwalk side and get higher than the fourth floor.

The location was great for our conference. The restaurant has a fantastic Caesar salad and burger! The staff was kind and accommodating.

Staff was great and food at restaurant was excellent. The coffee and pastry shop is good too, but there is not much selection if you go in after 9:30 or so. I did not have a good view of the river even though I paid extra for river view. Room was comfortable but on third day of my stay house keeping did not clean room even after I was told it would be cleaned late afternoon. When I arrived later that evening, I was told housekeeping had left and to place garbage outside of door. I requested clean towels and a staff brought a few minutes later. On my next trip, I will choose another hotel to stay.
