Rooms seemed to be neat and clean. Beds are fine. Can't expect more.

Stay at Rm 328 for 3 nights for my son's BMT graduation at Lackland Air Force Base. Thanks for the generous free upgrade to an extremely spacious suite for 3 1.
(The airmen stayed for the day and we had to drop him off at the base in the late afternoon.) Lovely and thank you again. Likes - Cold drinking water at lobby 24/7 and hot water and coffee during the day I think. Nice beds (Not the sagging mattress.) Clean room and clean hotel overall. Close to downtown attractions, and easy driving to Lackland AFB. The breakfast was nice, have all items that were found in most hotels. The dining area was clean, neatly organized and spacious. Less-like - A light odor in the room when entered, but it went away after a while. The faucet was not functioning smoothly but not a big deal. We were not too harsh on facilities on the whole, as long as they were clean and usable, good enough. BTW, we always like the Best Western Hotel chain(s). Thank you again.

Like the swimming pool it had a smell in the room

I usually never write reviews but I had to. The front desk staff that checked up in was SO RUDE!!! I will not be coming back here. She made me feel unwelcome and dumb for asking simple questions.
