Hiding fees when used the pool. Room service didn’t pick up plates. And sheets were asked to be replaced and bed was fixed and same dirt sheet were put.

I would have rated everything 5 star but staff would not provide enough information. I was not encouraged to make dining reservations at the onsite restaurants so we had to dine off site. I had many questions about the Festival of Lights and was told to look on line. Our housekeeper was wonderful as were the workers at valet but because of the aforementioned issues I couldn't rate a 5.

Property is a little old, but well maintained. Some much to explore within the hotel. Some call it Hearst Castle met Winchester Mystery House. I think that's a very appropriate description. Had an excellent time here. Will be back. Highly recommended.
