We enjoyed the “collegiate” theme in the hotel. Noticed quite a few small maintenance details that needed to be taken care of- areas on the baseboard in our room that had been patched but not painted; towel hook on the bathroom door broken; fridge not working well (didn’t keep drinks cold). The toilet in one of our companions’ rooms had leaked overnight (from the tank, so clean water), running out of the bathroom and soaking the carpet. We informed the front desk in the morning; however, upon returning to the hotel around 4:30, the carpet was still soaked and the towels our companions had used to wipe some of the water were still on the floor. It was evident the room had not been serviced by maintenance or housekeeping. Informed the front desk and requested a room change, but the attendant stated they’d have to verify the issue work maintenance. Eventually (after much heated discussion), a supervisor became involved and provided a new room. Valet staff were friendly and efficient. The rooftop bar had no food service on Friday evening (around 6/7pm), so out want an option to get snacks with our drinks. Not sure our experience was worth what we paid.

Thank you for letting us know aobut these issues with the responsiveness and service of our teams. I did check on the issue of food on Friday night as I checked that they were stocked before I left for the afternoon. I am told their freezer went down and service had to be moved to our other kitchen which took time. We apologize for the issues and will work to resolve them but much appreciate the feedback and details as they help a lot to address the concerns.

I enjoyed my staff. The staff was nice and accommodating. I enjoyed the pool and the rooftop bar.

Doesn't seem well kept. The pool on Memorial Day weekend was green? not sure what was up, but the sides were dirty in it. It should have been cleaned before the holiday weekend, start of summer? No pool towels, just a pile of dirty towels in the pool hallway. No one to open up the pool bathroom either. Coffee person in the morning was only 1 person working, we felt sorry for him, it was chaos, took 30 minutes to get a coffee, huge crowd. Restaurant wasn't operating that night or the next morning (Monday Memorial Day). So they did let people bring in their own food, which was great but also kind gross b/c there were lots of pizza boxes and empty food containers all over the restaurant/game area. Video arcade games were running really slowly, my kids didn't enjoy them. All the snack machines / ice machines were removed from the floors. Only floor 14 had ice, no snacks. Downstairs had snacks but no one there to sells snack to us. The shampoo dispenser in our shower was broken, light in the ceiling of the bathroom flickered constantly. the kids bunk beds weren't made up, just top sheets and blankets left folded on the beds. Limited TV channels, no kid channels (nick, Disney, etc. said "no signal", only basic channels, but did have food network, HGTV and ESPN, so not sure why the kid channels weren't running).

Thank you for letting us know, pool was crystal blue on Friday but someone added to much chlorine we believe and damaged the pool. Thank you for letting us know about the issues as we can work to address these problems. So sorry for so many issues with the stay.

If I stated everything I loved about the property I’d be here forever, only negatives I have are the toilet in my room was leaking when I got there, which was fixed asap but then it would continuously try to fill the tank with water and I’d have to manually drop the lid after each use. 2 I never got a WiFi password and the cable signal was poor, with and without the storm. Minor inconveniences, excellent service of I go anywhere else with a graduate in town I will be staying there

The only thing we were unhappy with was the pool. It was very dirty and we could not use it.
