My new favorite luxury hotel in Puerto Vallarta. Service was above and beyond. There was attention to every detail. I can’t wait for my next visit.

The most charming and well appointed boutique hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The staff, especially Luis who brought us breakfast every morning, were amazing. Every little detail is tended to here. Every view, every plant, every statue and fountain and piece of art. My favorite ever.

Incredible property! Like a magical garden. If you're looking for a quiet, romantic stay, then this is your oasis. A boutique hotel with only 10 rooms, we sometimes felt like the only two guests on the property. There are hidden terraces and quiet reading corners, exquisite artwork and water features, and the rooms are unique and comfortable. But the service trumps it all; the staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home, they never miss a beat. A special thank you to Luiz and Norma for their kindness and hospitality!
The property has an amazing gourmet restaurant, and the Italian place across the road is breathtaking. The area is a steep walk to the Malecón, but the 3 blocks through decorated gardens are an absolute delight, and they're lined with unique shops and quaint little restaurants. Safe and well lit after dark.
5 stars all around. Bring your partner here, you will not regret it!

There was no shampoo or conditioner refill and no shower cap or cotton balls. Little stuff that usually is provided

Wonderful oasis tucked into the Romantic Zone/Old Town area. Food is amazing for breakfast and dinner. Service is amazing also. A couple of issues with the door to my room and the toilet flushing that were addressed when brought to their attention. Charming and historical feel with lots of art pieces and beautiful grounds.
