Conveniently located, however it is downtown Portland. But the hotel is nicely updated, nice facilities. I would stay here again if the situation called for it.

This was a nice clean hotel. Rooms aren't fancy but had everything we needed. Loved the courtyard bar and coffee shop.

The hotel was really nice, especially the outside seating, which felt like an escape from the city. However, my room was just okay. The bed was comfortable, but the carpet had significant stains, and the shower pressure was low with difficult temperature control. If booking through Expedia, be aware of hidden fees added by the hotel, which you'll only learn about at checkout. I ended up with an extra $210 on my bill. Parking costs $40 per night, and Zags' $20 parking voucher means you'll still pay $20 nightly. Parking is tight; I had to climb over the passenger seat to get in my car. Despite these issues, management adjusted my final bill. I'd stay there again for the good food, nice staff, and great outdoor vibes.

The cafe, restaurant, and outdoor eating area with school. The hotel does not have a fitness center but you can get a pass for the 24 hour fitness place a block away.

Advertised “Thirsty Thursdays “ reception in lobby. Didn’t happen. So all the disgruntled guests overwhelmed the understaffed bar staff (2 who made the drinks, took the orders and served the food) for happy hour. Was full up our 3rd night. There wasn’t enough parking for everyone. We had no maid service which was a problem because of our overflowing tiny trash can. The parking garage exit was broken so had to exit out the entrance which was often blocked by guests checking in. Nice room, great tv, refrigerator a plus.
