The only issue we had was the valet. When we picked up our car all our settings had been messed with . The radio, map view, climate controls. They did not have to change all that to park our car. But everything else was great.

Right in front of the hotel was a homeless camp, and my wife and I witnessed a homeless person urinating on the wall. Second, the hotel needed more staff because managers needed to manage their people's scheduled times. Saturday morning, at breakfast, there were no tables cleaned, food was all over the floor, and at the buffet serving, there was no food and food all over the counter.

We were there 4 nights. We received room cleaning only 2 of those days. The first time at 6:30 pm when we arrived back in our room and called, they sent a lobby assistant who told us it was not his job to clean rooms. He eventually made the bed, gave us towels. The second afternoon we didn't bother to call. While the breakfast is excellent, the breakfast area is sticky, floors and tables. You can hear everyone's squeaking shoes. The help needs to do a better job of cleaning tables including the sides of the tables because your arms stick to the tables. It's a "yucky" feeling. The only positive is that the "suites" are a good size and allow one person to rest in bed, while the other watches TV in the living room.

Staff was fantastic in all areas of hotel. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the evening happy hour. Room was clean and large with a great view.

The building was so beautiful and right in the middle of downtown it was absolutely fantastic. I wish I could've brought my dog to the pool area though
