The key card operated elevators and late night entry made my partner and I feel very safe staying here.it is also walking distance to the ball park which made our stay here super easy and convenient!

The bed creaked everytime we tossed and turned. From 3am on we heard slamming of metal or trash cans every hour for 3 hours. Hardly a good night sleep

EVITEN ESTE HOTEL …. El trato de los recepcionistas PÉSIMO, al hacer check out a las 3am Juan de front desk me trató Horrible no móvio un dedo solo me dijo que dejara mi llave en la caja, para evitar algún cargo extra o malos entendidos le pedí el balance de mi cuenta se ofendió y lo hizo con pesima actitud.

Everything, was great. Got helped asap, with check in into our room early. Very clean reception desk area. Room was great very clean. I would like to make a request. Accommodate, the room with two water bottle. Overall, stay was great, staff works quickly. I would definitely recommend a family member or friends. I will be booking again.

Very well-run hotel. Comfortable beds, good breakfast, very nice staff. Walking distance to footprint centre and to Chase Field. Would certainly return there!
