The property's location is very good as it is within walking distance to Niagara Falls.

The hotel is at walking distance from the Niagara Falls State Park. There are other options closer though. It is an old hotel with very small bathrooms.

Had a wonderful time here. Hotel was really clean and maintained. The pool and hot tub was amazing!

I liked the location. It's walkable to Niagra park, restaurants and to the boarder.
I was very disappointed of how outdated property is. I had higher expectations since it's a Sheraton. If you get a room at the other end of the building be prepared of a lot of walking, there is only one access for this huge hotel.

Property seemed run down. Only two elevators worked. Electrical problems, and leak in bathroom ceiling.

Everything good. However, the check out should be at least between 1pm to 2pm. Also, breakfast should be included like old times

Property staff was very nice, accommodating and helpful. Close to the falls and tunnel to the casino. Room was nice just need updates
