Wonderful place to stay. Make sure you have enough money for food … a little pricey. We had a wonderful time with okr adult children. I felt very safe .

An escape to paradise. The room was larger than expected with a gorgeous view of the water and the grounds. My kids loved it. Staff were all so nice and helpful.

The property is beautiful. I received regular check in texts from my Margaritaville Ambassador. I had an issue with sugar ants and gnats in my bathroom which took a bit to resolve. I contacted the front desk several times. But once I responded to my Ambassador text message two gentleman came immediately and sprayed the room. That was a big help. Other than that minor hiccup everything else was fine. Housekeeping left water in a bag on my door knob when I didn't have the room cleaned. The front desk staff and hotel staff were friendly. I highly recommend staying here especially if you have young children or teens.

My favorite area was the 4th floor, the adult infinity pool, it was very relaxing there. The hotel is new, very nicely decorated and rooms a very clean. The beach area was a little crowded. We ate at the cafe and didnt like the food, tortilla chips stale and food was over cooked.. We stayed 2 nights, one day on the 9th floor, and it was good.. The second night we stayed in the suite room, it had a very nice view, very spacious, but the bed was broken and didn't sleep well. It was late and were so tired, so we didnt report it, but as soon as we called it in the next norning, they came to fix it. There isn't many options for dinner since they close restaurants in downtown by 4ish.

The room were very nice, I did find a cockroach, the pools very dirty like the havent been scrubbed in years the staff was ok . Not alot of options for food and at the time of check in a 200 dlls refundable deposit will be collected per day to be used for food and drinks wether you like it or not. Their guests are not priority yrs actually the people that cone from the cruises because they will make more money with them charging them fot beach chairs and poool use and if you have a rental car you still have to pay 25 dlls per day to use their car garage CRAZY. Next time Ill go to MEXICO
