No room service … no trash removal etc. when checking out person didn’t ask about stay seemed to be checked out himself

Other than the house keeping staff trying multiple times to walk in my room without notice before checkout time, everything else was nice. $70 for valet is a little excessive also

Called ahead for early check in (2 hours early) was told it would be no problem. When we arrived were told the room would be ready in a few minutes; it was not. Then were told they did not do early check in, even though we were told it would be no problem 4 hours later we finally got in. Found the staff to be rude and unhelpful

Great location. Hotel may have been understaffed at certain times, making all the amenities unavailable
