Cons: - very thin walls, can hear next room talking at normal volume - inconvenient: have to take 2 different elevators to access room. The hotel is in a mall - for the high price, breakfast is not included Pros: -Central location to downtown area -busy area

We enjoyed our stay at the DoubleTree Montreal, and our room worked out great. The only downside was the lack of elevators working, and thus had to wait long periods of time for the 1 elevator functioning. All in all a good stay!

When we arrived, service was OK arrived in a room sheets had hair all over. Call for service to get changed that came up and changed that second day asked reception for extra bottle of water. She said only gold members can get it. Unfortunately I cannot give it to you overall, very unsatisfied with the place with the inside Would not recommend.
