What I did not like is the unfair cancellation policy. When I was unable to make my trip I tried to cancel the hotel booking 4 days ahead but was denied. You actually must cancel at least 5 days in advance for a refund. They advertise free cancellation and I believe I paid more for this feature but they do not make it clear that they require 5 days notice when other hotels only need 24 hours.
