Great location but one of the elevators was broke the whole weekend causing long waits.

Parking is very difficult without using the Valet parking, the area is very tight all around. The room is pretty small, no microwave, small fridge. The only plus was very good employees! The Valet boys were great. Within walking distance to Summerfest wich was awesome. But VERY NOISEY with the free way just out side, heard sirens all night. Glad i brought ear plugs to help drown most of it out. Breakfsst had a pretty good variety. Not sure if ill be back.

The beds are lower at the head than the foot.

When we arrived it took a bit for the staff to stop their conversation with each other before they acknowledged us. The person who checked us in was sub par at best then gave us our room key and we proceeded to our room and when we opened the door the room had not been cleaned. We went back down stairs and I told the person who checked us in and she said" well that doesn't surprise me they are never cleaned" (all with an attitude) as she was gathering her stuff to leave for the day. Then the next person gave us a new room and then when we went to login into the wi-fi we could not connect because it was still attached to the original room we were given. I went back downstairs and the person gave me some new information but didn't give me ALL the information I needed in order to login, it wasn't until the 3rd person who helped me give me everything I needed to be able to login to the wi-fi. The room had no wash cloths, we had to ask for them. The room had no door hangers for room service. There was hair in the shower from the pervious people. It was a very rare occasion when there was staff present at the front desk when you needed them. There was nothing in the room to tell you haw to get ahold of the front desk when we asked how to get the front desk via phone the front desk said "maybe dial zero, I don't know". When my husband went to get a glass of OJ shortly after breakfast hours closed he was snapped at by the staff aggressively.

Great location and the hotel was super clean. Breakfast had a number of options - and all tasted good. Only downside was finding parking but that’s more of a downtown issue then a knock against the hotel

The room and common areas were clean. The breakfast was good. The staff was nice and the valet parking worked well. Our room air conditioner didn't work well.
