The front desk was woefully unprepared and negligent as to the basics of checking us in. The room we reserved, they said they didn’t have. Then they tried to up-sell me into a bigger room. After denying their offer, they put me in the original room I requested….which they originally said wasn’t available.
The key cards didn’t work as well. They had to walk us to our room and let us in manually. Very disappointing.
