I always like to stay SLS Brickell. Amenities are good and still looking luxury and new. Also you can use SLS South beach amenities as well. Thanks to everyone who felt us like a home in this vacation

This is an amazing property in the heart of Brickell Miami, the hotel’s location to shopping and dining is top tier. Our room was a great size and space, very modern and I loved the balcony area. Definitely would stay here again.

Amazing location, amazing property. Everything you need right on the doorstep, but the amenities on the property are worth sticking around for. Pool area was the highlight. Great atmosphere, and the best drinks and service from the bartender Laz. Highly recommend.

The question is “how is your trip going?” Honestly - quite awful- as someone hacked into my Expedia account and used my One Key cash to book this property. I called the hotel - and told them- and the lady said there is nothing she can do and she can’t give me any information. I found out about the booking when I got email from Expedia- booking confirmed. So my stay is not going great. I’m at home - feeling violated, unheard and upset while some criminal is chilling in 2 bedroom suite in Miami and there’s nobody stopping him while Expedia knows, hotel knows…. There is even his name on reservation. So as I usually really do not leave negative reviews - I am sure this called for one. The hotel might be quite lovely for all I know- I’ve never been there- but I guess I paid for it. I feel violated and upset.
