Check in was good,
2 elevators were out
Had to take the stairwell from parking to lobby and it was very dirty.
Took the stairway a second time ( this time from the 5th floor) 3rd floor door was propped open ( these a card reader doors ) for security I presume
The stairwell was dirty
The room was clean and stocked satisfactory
The bathtub is slick and I had to put a towel in it to keep from slipping and falling.
Bed is comfortable
I would likely not book here again , I would try another hotel near here first

Staff were wonderful except for in the restaurant. The hotel needs serious repair. Only one of three elevators were in working condition. Great location though. Close to everything!

Staff was amazing. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left everyone was friendly, very helpful and so kind. We enjoyed our stay & would stay here again.

Property had problem with hot water source. On the day of checking in, we could not take showers because it was too cold.

The valet/concierge Excellent. Breakfast service and foodservice staff Excellent. That is all. The disgusting people sitting on their useless posteriors who are tasked with the "overwhelming" responsibility of checking in quests should all be fired immediately.
