We had issues with our room. I told the front desk at 9 in the morning and when we came back at 5 nothing was done.
The room wasn’t even made up- when u complained they said someone would be up shortly but never showed.
Some staff were excellent and can’t actually say who messed up.

Why was there no fan in the bathroom?
When two people are in a room why are there only 3 towels?
