Location is very convenient and able to walk to many places. Place is family friendly and my daughters really enjoyed the pool and the exercise room. It has a valet parking ( kind of expensive though). But overall it’s a good hotel to stay. Thank you!!

Chelsea at the front desk was amazing! The Valet staff was very nice and accommodating. The bell staff was efficient. The club view overlooking the city was grand. The room was clean and pretty average. All in all the hotel made my 50th celebration superb and absolutely perfect!

7/10 experience. But for the fire alarm going off multiple times during my stay, this would have been a 10/10 stay.
The 24 hour gym, long pool hours, restaurant and bars on site, baggage hold service, and housekeeping are all great things the stay here a good experience! It was very nice and quiet as far as noise goes. Concierge is very friendly and helpful.

I liked the uniqueness of this property. I did not like that the hotel rooms were so outdated, furniture peeling, and furniture stained. The bed linen also had a large dirt stain. This made for a very uncomfortable stay

Front desk staff was great shout out to Andy!!!!! Hotel was beautiful, room clean. They were shooting a movie while I was there and even with all the traffic from that valet was great very organized car was up asap!!! This hotel will be my go to spot when visiting LA!

This is a very secure property. The hotel is clean with great views. Very modern and up-to-date. There is no self parking at this hotel. You have to pay the $50 valet service.
