I arrived 2 hours early for my check in. I didn’t think my room would be ready but the staff didn’t seem to interested in checking us in or in being accommodating to try and check us in early, we were advised to return at 3. The pool situation is just not ideal. I understand there is a rooftop bar, but hotel guests trying to hang out by the pool are being intermixed with non hotel staying patrons just wanting to hang out at the pool bar. Maybe if there was a separate entrance or elevator for guests and people wanting to visit the bar. We also had drinks in a plastic cup when we arrived at the pool which usually any hotel pool wouldn’t be an issue, but because there is a rooftop/pool bar we were advised by security as soon as getting off the elevator drinks were not permitted because there is a bar. The room itself was nice and spacious, there is no ice machine so you do need to call the front desk for ice. The accommodations themselves were nice but it was more the service and the combination at the pool that left me not wanting to come back, and this was not my first stay here. I’ve stayed here during the winter so the poool situation wasn’t a situation.

We liked the location, nice and cozy rooms, and views from the rooftop bar.

Rooftop Pool/Bar was the saving grace for this place. Without that feature/amenity the hotel is your average offering.

Perfect choice for solo traveler or young travelers without kids. Economical, clean, convenient location and helpful staff.

The place was por spacious than expected and fit everyone in my group! I will be making it a revisit sometime this week because it was a nice experience and also a pretty nice room in general.
