I really enjoyed this stay! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean inside! I only wish there was a microwave and fridge in the room!

The staff was nice while checking in. Room is very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel appeared nice until we got on the elevators. It was obvious that the carpet hadn't been updated or cleaned well in quite some time. As soon as we walked in the room, the imitation leather chair was so worn out. It was peeling badly and really needed to be thrown out. The shower curtain and rod were horrible. Several rings were missing and two of the holes were ripped. The rod was higher on one end so the shower curtain kept sliding open in use. That lead to water all over the floor. We asked the cleaning lady 2x to change it and called down to the front desk to let them know. Nothing was done. I had to go find a manager and she later came to change it but the 2nd curtain wasn't much of an improvement. We were considering changing hotels and just take a loss but decided to tuff it out. My brother was in a suite and they had the same worn chair in their room. They really need to invest in updating the hotel. The biggest plus with the hotel was that we had a river view and that was nice. Spend a few dollars more and go to the Marriott instead.

Honest Review! The staff was very kind and attentive. The place was very run down. Moldy walls and tub. Water stains on the ceilings. Sofa looked like it had seen better days and it looked like a place where people did “things” and never cleaned after themselves. Balcony looked awful. The clientele were basically half dressed/naked and not because they were going to the pool. Had high hopes for this place, but will not be coming back here. Although the staff was very kind! Loved their attitude and hospitality.

Food in the dining area was undercooked and cold, lobby was dusty, bathrooms had mold, no soap in the shower dispenser, wallpaper was peeling, no microwave/refrigerator in the room, parking attendant collected money and then mentioned that we didn’t need to pay afterwards, etc.
