Upon check in, room was dirty. Hotel put us in another room. Air conditioner stopped working so maintenance brought us another one, which quit working too. Three times is a charm. Room wasn’t what we expected from website we booked from. Overall disappointed but we managed. Stadium Swim overcharged for drinks one day but Brennen at front desk took care of overcharge. BIG shout out to Brennen. Pleasure to work with.

Our reservation was for a non smoking room and they gave us a smoking room. When we informed the front desk and asked for a non smoking room they said none were available. The smell in the room smelled like no one had ever cleaned the walls. Even the sheets were smoky and uncomfortable. The smell was so bad, we ended up checking out at 6am because one person got sick from the smoke smell. The room was not worth the 300 dollars I spent. Everyone was very disappointed in the hotel and we will never ever stay at The D or refer The D to friends or family.
