Very friendly staff and great to have a choice of two big swimming-pools. We disliked the fact that guests were allowed to book sunbeds with their towels first thing and some people didn't sit on them all day!

Bright new rooms pool bar an added bonus. The staff are the friendliest happy people. Nothing you need is too much for them. The breakfast bar has anything you may need to start your day. Security on site 24/7. Central to Kuta beach. Love Kuta Beach Club.

The hotel was clean, tidy and good value for money. The pool is open and welcoming for all. The staff were friendly, accomodating and fun to engage with. The location is great for those who like walking around but Kuta is incredibly busy just FYI

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! Everyone was friendly, the grounds were well maintained, my room was large with a nice balcony. The buffet breakfast was a nice surprise!! Overall was a great place to stay while in Bali!

Have stayed here many times, and have not had anything to complain about, the breakfast every morning is beyond expectations and very delicious, the rooms are just the right size, and all the staff are very very friendly, and will bend over backwards to help any way they can. Would not stay anywhere else in Bali.
