I could not believe this was a Hilton property! Bed in room full of goose down feathers, loose! Came from quilt on bed with huge hole in it. Breakfast was a joke. Internet sporadic and then told me I was giving wrong room number and would not connect my device. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Complained to manager....HE DID NOTHING! No monetary consideration. No offer of discount. They should just close.

Surprise $45 valet parking charge a bit of a scam considering you aren't allowed to self-park prior to check-in. Charge was not advertised and excessive. Otherwise, the stay was quite nice and in a very convenient walking distance to the T-Mobile Center for event.

We were given a lesser quality room than I booked. We waited an hour and a half longer than our check in time.

Hotel was great. We loved having cocktails in the Drum Room!

An awful odor is present in the hotel. I brought this issue to the the hotel's attention and was told they didn't smell anything at all. I also tried to get Expedia to help, but their text only customer service was way too slow. I left after the first night and did not return.
