Reuben at the front desk was very professional and kind. The room initially smelled a little bad but after telling front desk and upon returning after work, the room was clean and fresh. Amazing view and very relaxing.

Rooms were nice and comfy. Very nice lobby with comfortable chairs sit and visit, nice and helpful staffs, and nice restaurants and bar. Will stay here again next time. The price is a bit higher than hotels crossed the river but it’s worth the money.

It was clean and the parking garage was easily accessible. The front desk upgraded us as a Mother’s Day gift to a river view room for free. The staff was really nice and we would definitely stay here again.

Very nice we enjoyed our stay but the carpets in the rooms need to be cleaned.
