As a former revenue and forecast manager for a hotel in San Antonio, TX I feel compelled to write this review. We were in HTX for funeral services and have not been able to compose and email since my departure, due to further travel as a result of our loss. But I'd like to say that my vehicle was slightly dented on the back bumber, which positively occurred during the last valet stretch of the stay. I am very disappointed at that. I was also a bit surprised at the straight faced behavior from one of your front desk attendants ok one occasion where I stopped to ask for help with something. Her mannerisms and facial language made me feel like I was inconveniencing her while she was speaking to her peer at the desk. I asked my question and though it wasn't fully answered, I decided I rather leave to avoid her standoffish demeanor. The mini fridge in the room doesn't work, and it ruined a cheese board we purchased to snack on the last night. This all after the first night when we had to be switched rooms due to incredibly loud music playing at 6am from the room next to use we tried this hotel thinking it would be the perfect space while we navigated an indescribably painful time for our family, but were met with nuisances and lack of empathy. Not to mention the vehicle damage that will now need to live on my car as I will not be filing a claim for that to increase my insurance cost. Very disappointed overall. Please share with your manager team, a response would be appreciated.

It was my first time in Houston and the staff made it a great vacation. They were all very welcoming and friendly. I had flight delays due to the storms passing through, and I was able to book another night with ease.
