The fridge is regular side and microwave, the bed just feels like home.

Being downtown there's only so much that can be done outside. Inside there were an incredible number of dings, dents and chipped paint on doors and walls in the hallways. This made the property look run down. Our room was nice.

Building is dated. Can tell it is old and they have not made updates. Sound transfer between units is bad. Can hear your neighbors take a leak or shift positions in bed. Cool location downtown along the river, but random non-residents hang out in the parking lot looking into your vehicles. Makes you feel uneasy. Not bad for the price but suggest somewhere different.

TV was a little mixed up and not a lot of options. Pool and hot tub were great!

A lot of interior updates have been made. Great rooms. The exterior looks run down when pulling up.
