The staff was very friendly. The room was huge, clean and had a great view of the ciry and harbour. Grocery store right downstairs. Very walkable.

Located in commercial district , this property is centrally located from shopping eating. There are several options for eating around this area. However, being near china town, i would advise to be vigilant if walking-around at night. Staff is very helpful and building is clean.

It was quite bright in my room in the early morning, but other than that it was clean and the staff was very helpful.

The outside surroundings were dirty. Seemed a little unsafe.

The property was gorgeous! It was also right next to a 7-Eleven and a UPS store, which made shipping things home a breeze!

Love our room view, our room is spacious and love the full fridge, microwave/airfryer, big sink, stovetop & coffee maker. Great big lazy boy & couch. Check in was fast and easy.

This hotel is highly rated amd shows beautiful pictures of beautiful rooms and spaces. In reality, the rooms are old and dirty with many gross stains on the carpets. The walls are thin so uou hear everything in the halls. Tje elevators are small, old and rickety and dif not feel safe. Went for a walk around the neighbourhood to find breakfast, but instead found ourselves in the middle of homelessness, garbage and a very unsafe feeling neighbourhood. This hotel is very overpriced and pictures do not reflect its current condition. It was a quick walk down to the cruise port though, which was good. Front desk staff were very friendly.
