When we eat breakfast in their buffet we spotted cockroaches roaming around on the floor not very much likely to eat there

A dresser for folded clothes would have been great. Otherwise, the hotel was superb. Nice breakfast and dinner dessert choices as well as many nearby restaurant choices. Within walking distance of the historic town center and a taxi outside hotel if needed. Beautiful decor and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in Guadalajara and at Hotel Morales.

Excellent rooms and staff. Dining options were good and it’s close to everything! A very safe place to stay thanks to their staff!!! I would recommend this place to my family and friends.
