Spacious, comfortable rooms, roof top bar, and helpful, friendly staff. Within walking distance to many great downtown locations.

The only let down was the roof top bar. Waited 40 minutes and still couldn’t get a beverage. Only one waitress serving. Other than that very happy with the hotel accommodations. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel was very nice. One huge downfall is the beautiful old hardwood floors in the rooms. Extremely loud and squeaky especially when guests above you are running and stomping around. Also our suite didn’t have windows to the outside. Kind of disappointing. Also parking is not included with your stay fyi

Booked hotel over others in the area because of Rooftop Property and it was not in operation when we visited, room was overly noisy.

We had a great stay at this property with our grandsons while we visited downtown Grand Rapids, took in a show at the DeVos place. The location was convenient to many restaurants, venues and events. Parking was connected as well. The only complaint I would have is that the bed was very firm and uncomfortable. I understand that this is a preference - a bit of a pillowtop would be nice. It really was a good experience for us - thank you!

Hotel looked very nice but we had a few issues. Our hotel room was not stocked with items we had to request towels, shampoo and toilet paper. Our hotel room was also not cleaned or refreshed our entire stay. The pool was closed which we were bummed about since was one of the things we were most excited for. VERY loud cars would race by the hotel around midnight every night waking up our baby. The continental breakfast was a major downer for us. All 3 mornings it was breakfast tacos with essentially the same items over again. Most of it was stale and tasted old. We were bummed there was no pancakes or waffles. We were actually disappointed in the fact that we had to pay $38 parking everyday we were there. The hotel stay was too much in my opinion especially with all the issues we had and I'm not sure if we would stay here again.
