Room was spacious though we can hear the closing of doors, flushing, turning on and off taps. The service staff are extremely courteous and the doorman offered great help in recommending places to visit.

Although the staff were very nice and friendly, the place was really dirty. I won't be returning unless they improve the cleanliness.

The executive suite do need proper maintainent especially the bath tub and water outflow system.

It’s an older building and outside downtown area. Restaurant in the hotel close early, front desk staff very friendly.

Posted 26 Jan 2024 on HotelsWe have change 3 times.. sound proof horrible.. can hear water hammer sound when someone use the water... Toilet bowl was not properly secured.. last night power trip.. no power for half and hour.. then up floor people jump up and down have to call the front counter

Water heater is not working and we have to change room, and upon moving into the new room, similar problem happened on the following night.
Bedsheets and towels are stained and yellow.
I dont think this hotel is rated as said.
