Location: City centre
Shopping: Right next to Komtar, 1st Avenue, etc.
Food: Less than 5 minutes drive (walkable) to famous food areas in Penang Rd, Macalister Rd, Burmah Rd, etc.
Transport: Easy to get Grab and also near the coastal highway to the Airport.
Cleanliness: Clean lobby and rooms, aircon smells fresh. Nice bedsheets and pillows.
Inroom TV: a bit lacking in foreign channels. Needs more movies and sports channels. Mostly local TV channels.

The hotel was pretty good, except the bathroom was old and outdated. It offered less towels than other hotels. The hotel didn't offer any room upgrades. i asked for a king size bed instead of 2 twin beds when checking in, the lady said NO.

I booked this hotel thought an vip access hotel might worth a try and hoping to receive room upgradeb or free breakfast as an goldmember. I received nothing.

H lobby looks antique. Bathroom area small. Surrounding Shopping Malls and ships old and dated ( as compared to other morden malls in Gurney and Queensbay).
