Walking distance to mall and surrounding area but very quiet. Met lots of locals at the pub next door. Hotel is lovely. Food in the courtyard was great. Definitely recommend

Nice hotel, close to Dubai Mall.
Rooms are nice and staff are helpful.
Breakfast options are good but not great.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was an issue checking in and they handled it quickly and politely without question. I would highly recommend this hotel!

We spent 7 nights at Heritage Hotel, and we left with the best impressions. This hotel has all you need for a perfect vacation in Dubai, but their main advantage is the team that interacts with guests. From the check in to the checkout moment, they made us feel at home. Everything was perfect and the response was very quick for every request that we had. I would like to thank Houda and Jay and especially Tarek for creating a perfect environment for guests and assisting to everyone with quick solution. We definitely will come back to this place.
