The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was an issue checking in and they handled it quickly and politely without question. I would highly recommend this hotel!

We spent 7 nights at Heritage Hotel, and we left with the best impressions. This hotel has all you need for a perfect vacation in Dubai, but their main advantage is the team that interacts with guests. From the check in to the checkout moment, they made us feel at home. Everything was perfect and the response was very quick for every request that we had. I would like to thank Houda and Jay and especially Tarek for creating a perfect environment for guests and assisting to everyone with quick solution. We definitely will come back to this place.

Non touristy hotel. Locals at bars and restaurants nearby. Couldn’t have picked a better location. Easy to get to mall but still felt secluded. Courtyard restaurant was amazing although very large portions. Hotel was lovely and would definitely stay again.

Lovely stay, staff are very polite and helpful, atmosphere is peaceful, walking distance to restuarants and close to Dubai Mall. Would definitely visit again

Top location, a 5 minute walk to the Dubai Fountain and Mall.
This is fantastic area to stay - busy, friendly, very upmarket and at night the buildings and trees and just about anything else is festooned with lights. A spectacle.
Gorgeous hotel, room a good size.
Good gym and excellent staff at the pool - complimentary bottle of water is a nice touch.
Would always come back.
