Refreshing and peaceful place to stay. It was clean, and I felt safe in the downtown area. Staff were friendly. The only downside to the trip is that parking is less than ideal. At $26 per day it’s a bit over-the-top. The “official” lot for the hotel is a block away, and that is much less but not all travelers can walk because of disabilities, etc.

THERE really nothing to say every time I touchdown in COLUMBUS OHIO I STAY THERE FIRE . It don’t pass more then 200 for king size on busy day . ATLEAST I think in my opinion . FIRE PULL THEY AINT EVEN MESS WIT ME AT CHECKOUT . Nice staff all the way around . Check was at 11 or 12 lol I left at 1 about to be 2 lol. They come to confirm if I was out nothing just relaxing . It so big to fire . A lot lounging around! So sit and linger around

Had to wait for a room when I had called and asked for an early check in at 2. They initially told me yes that would be no problem but by the time we went to check in, we had to wait for our room as it wasn’t ready and by the time we were there which was at 2:45. Our room was ready after 3:30

$40 for Valet Parking implies at least reasonable service and this was not the case. Cars were lined up down the driveway and about 8 deep onto the road on the way in. This was about a 25 minute wait. The claim check has QR code instructions that test your ticket number to the valet desk...but the message back says "we are too busy, come present the ticket in person". When I did so agent said "10-15 minutes"- it was actually 25 minutes. Everything else was fine, but the first and last impressions were awful.

The hotel was centrally within walking distance to the Arena, and easy to get to. Staff was great, room was clean and there were good dining option both in the area, and at the hotel. Parking available at a nearby garage for a fee, or you can opt for valet parking for a higher fee. The valet parking was super convenient though, and the valet attendants were very professional.

The only problem was the parking we did self parking, but we had a truck and it would not fit in the garage. I wish someone would’ve told us at check-in we would have done the valet.

The whole staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was clean and looked newly remodeled. Front desk staff was A !

We were in town for the State Gymnastics tournament and our stay was great! Valet parking made getting our car super fast and easy. The hotel is attached to the Convention center so there are several restaurants and places to eat just downstairs. It was only an 8 minute drive to the Expo center and within walking distance of so many great places to shop and eat. The room was large and clean and check in was a breeze and took less than 5 minutes. We would def stay here again for an OSU football game in the fall!
