The room faced the parking lot. With people coming and going we had to keep curtains closed. There were no sheer curtains to bring in light so the room was too dark with two low lamps. The bathroom was way too small. There was a bulb out. You can’t turn off the bathroom fan so it runs the whole time you’re getting ready. Too loud. The ice machine didn’t work on our floor or the one below. The property clean but worn.

That the room was too dark because it faced the parking lot and didn't have any sheer curtains is something we can understand. We're very sorry that the small space, broken ice makers, and constant whirring of the bathroom fan made you feel bad. We also really care about the fact that the light bulb is out and that the property looks old. At the Comfort Inn Downtown Cleveland, we put our guests' happiness first, so we will look into any problems right away. We would love to have you back and make things right next time if we could.

Did not feel comfortable in the area located. Hotel was dated overall and did not feel clean.

Its an older hotel, but relatively clean.

The parking lot behind the hotel was noisy all night with folks revving their cars or motorcycle. The staff was friendly, room clean, and breakfast buffet well stocked.
