Overall very nice stay. Was on a high floor, as requested, but possibly due to this, our room was very warm and wouldn't get under 71 degrees. This made sleeping a little uncomfortable, but everything else was amazing!!

Everything at this property was great. It was quiet, clean, and just what we needed. Only dislike for me was having to pay for parking which was an extra 18.50 a night. Should at least have a parking voucher or something.

Nice facility. Not so great service. The location was good and it was clean and updated. However, the room was hot and the thermostat could not be changed, Additionally, there was no ice on our floor and the front desk was not helpful. Vending on our floor was completely empty as well. Valet parking was super slow. An ok place to stay but not a lot of service. Glad we were there only one night. Hopefully we just caught them on a bad day.

The staff was accommodating and the hotel was conveniently near the theater and dining.

We were there to see two Reds games in two days. They kept our luggage on day 2 and we left our car in valley parking. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was in reasonable walking distance.
