Nice hotel. Public Parking was across the street but valet option is available. Room was nice but bathroom looked a little outdated.

A very outdated property. We were given a small, subpar room with a terrible view. Upon arrival after 3:00, we were told that the river view room we paid extra for was not ready. They were going to give us a room that was of the same value and bed size with a view of Fifth Street. Not only was the room extremely small and compact, the view was that of the HVAC system. It was the classic “bait and switch!” We come to Cincinnati yearly and will not be staying at the Hyatt again.

This was my second time staying here. Everything was great! Very close to fountain square and the trolley.

They made eveything simple and were able to check us in right away, just a little early, after the great valet service made parking easy.
