The brightness on the TV didn’t work. They sent two people to try and fix it but couldn’t. They said it was the sensor that was the problem and that they couldn’t replace the TV. We had to watch the Oilers final semi finals game as if most of the lights were out in the arena. We could follow the players but not the puck. The room phone did not work, no dial tone. Checked the connections and it was plugged in. No view except looking at a large building across the street. Went to have a brandy in the iounge which is located right next the the lobbybut, they had a function set up in the lobby that was attended by a large group of people that were so loud that it was very disturbing trying to enjoy a quite drink. Not worth the price. Next visit will be at the Hyatt.

We booked through expedia and the hotel would not give us the room we paid for through expedia.
They would only give us a lesser room on the train side of the hotel. we paid a thousand dollars a night to wake up constantly.
Front staff was not helpful at all.
Room had a bad smell.

They gave us a late checkout because our flight didn’t leave until the evening and we really appreciated that.
The bar was a beautiful place to have a cocktail.
