Stayed one night and did not use the facilities of the hotel but the bed and the room was excellent as were the staff at the front desk who were very accommodating and professional

The Fairmont was the gold standard . Thinking of switching to Marriott. Same price more convenient. No distinction

Had the Gold Package. Only used 1 night valet parking but lady charged me for 3 nights, went back up to Gold Floor and she changed it.
