Desk staff was top notch! Very friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to make us feel at home. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Really nice vibe.

Property’s location is ideal. Staff does an excellent job keeping the hotel clean. Breakfast was good quality and convenient. Overall this hotel is an excellent value.

The shower nozzle was loose. The body soap was not replenished for when I checked in. The staff was very friendly.

Very well located. Staff is exceptional. Rooms are clean, but air conditioning was noisy and the size of the room was smaller than advertised.

This hotel is a bit chaotic (so many people in a small lobby area) and for the price, the breakfast was terrible. We picked a nicer hotel in Brooklyn and didn't expect the breakfast to be like something at a budget hotel. Very disappointing. And I was always having to ask for black tea bags - it was like they were hiding them in the kitchen. The room was tight, as per NYC, but one of the beds was so close the the bathroom slide-door it was a bit awkward. Beds were comfortable, shower was nice. Room was quite stuffy and the fan was super loud so you don't want to sleep with it on. Long waits for the elevators. It was only ok for over 400$ a night. We paid same as Times Square rates and didn't get near the perks. Not sure why we're paying resort fees. Also, the parking is an independent place, not affiliated with the hotel. That said, it is way more expensive than the other places nearby so I suggest checking SpotHero for parking rates.
