Room was a bit dirty, bugs inside the light fixtures, peeling paint, and water pressure so low you'd think you where in a camp trailer. Worst of all was the mattress that felt like laying on saggy baling twine. We really had expected more from the Grove.

Room looked beat up and in need of a refresh. Furniture was beat up and looked as if a dog chewed on it. No option to preorder breakfast or coffee. My lotion provided by the hotel was used.

Like the location. Parking is terrible as space is very limited. Was given a warning because my tire was touching the yellow parking line.

I just stayed there overnight, but it was a lovely experience. I ordered room service & appreciated the top notch service.
